If you want to make your ad featured, you have to log into your account first. Then, in your account’s menu you will find the "My Listings" tab.
Once there, select the listing you want to make featured and click on "Upgrade To Featured".
This service is not free. Your listing will be sent to the top results and will also stand out from the rest with a different design.
